Winter Media I Particularly Enjoyed
Grow, Cook, Eat, Arrange | This podcast is a must if you love British accents and gardening. I feel my stress levels drop about 10 points during these short and sweet episodes.
Escape to Rural France | Watch Dan rebuild a burned down French chateau one brick at a time. It’s beautiful and inspirational. He finally got the roof on, so this year will be full of finishing decisions. He’s got red windows, stone walls, terracotta floors and a copper roof. Amazing material choices so far.
Abby Orsow | Follow along as I rediscover my secret interest in editing videos. ;)
Watch Master Slaters Shape Slate by Hand in Historic Germany! | I highly recommend you watch this video. I’ve never seen a house with slated exterior walls. It is striking. Master craftsmen and women are captivating when they work!
What the Tudors Really Ate | This is part of a series that History Extra put out by the historian Ruth Goodman. This woman is AMAZING! Any video I see her in, I watch with my full attention. She is so interesting and cool and I want to be like her when I grow up.
Wake it up | Rhythm Performance Training | Rhythm&Revolution | Not to brag, but I taught myself how to do this jumping dance this month. My legs are killing me but it is so much fun!
FOREVERGREEN | This is an Academy Award Nominated Short Film that I’d highly recommend you watch. It might make you cry and the score is by Josh Garrels, one of my favorite musicians.
